Unified Communications
Modern communication has brought a series of useful services for traditional telephony. These have significantly improved convenience, resulting in the fact that we can hardly do without them in the business world today. Setting-up own presence, sending automatic text messages, forwarding to other services or leaving a voice mail are completely integrated in the innovaphone PBX.

Besides telephoning, the innovaphone PBX can also transmit short text messages.The solution Voicemail has been also implemented on a script interpreter based on XML which is the heart of the voicemail. The possibilities of the Office Communications Server (OCS) 2007 by Microsoft can also be used on the innovaphone PBX.

As a manufacturer of standard-conform VoIP solutions, innovaphone constantly regards solutions of other manufacturers in this field. Solutions can be marked with a seal of approval "innovaphone recommended product" and can be registered in the innovaphone 3rd party compatibility list once they have proven themselves in our laboratory to be compatible with the innovaphone systems.

innovaphone AG - "Home Office - Location independent system telephones"

At Home
The innovaphone PBX provides perfect possibilities to integrate home offices into the company’s PBX. All that is needed for a home office is simply a DSL flat rate connection and an IP Telephone.

The innovaphone IP telephones IP110, IP200, IP240, IP222 and IP232 offer special features for use in home offices. The whole solution also includes: Remote administration, Router inclusive, Computer connection and Complete integration.

To connect to a PBX, IP telephones need an ethernet connection with internet protocol (TCP/IP). As long as a bandwidth of about 20 kbit/s is available, then these are location independent. Thus it is easy to install a telephone, which is located elsewhere than the PBX, such as for example on the road at a WLAN hotspot, in small branch offices and of course at home.

Positive customer relationships

With this solution the caller does not know where the co-worker is currently, as the telephone number of the co-worker at his home office is a company number. The company telephone number is transmitted also during out-bound calls. The home office working place is thus almost as effective as being in the company office.

Managed PBX
Many companies face the task of improving voice and data communication, whilst simultaneously optimising costs. Almost all middle-sized companies run a telephone system on their own premises, and almost every second company has a dedicated employee to administrate it. All administration and management of modern telephone systems can take place remotely. Many innovaphone specialised dealers already offer the Managed PBX as an additional service.

It is thanks to VoIP technology that it is very simple to outsource the entire telephone system to a provider. The subscribers work on the already existing IP connections without any technical losses.
Companies with a branch office structure are especially winners if the provider makes the telephone system available to all locations.
